We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Damages

ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 48HRS OF RECEIVING GOODS.

Unfortunately items are occasionally damaged in transit. If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and email us immediately. We’ll share your feedback with our delivery partners to ensure our service and the quality of packaging is improved.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage item and packaging and email us as soon as possible. So that we are able to claim with our transit provider, all damage claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving your delivery. Please email us at wuboxi@ranktop.email.

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you’re happy with. For example we may arrange to:

Suggest a self repair (with an offer of compensation to you);
Arrange a repair by a local tradesperson in your area;
Replace the product (subject to availability);
Arrange for the product to be returned to us; If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Returns

NOT ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS.

If the item is eligible for returns, we will offer a refund of the goods purchased.

On the condition that the goods are returned within 14 days from the date you received your order and the items are in their original condition as purchased including all original packaging intact and unmarked.

We can arrange a courier to collect the item, and we will deduct the return freight cost from the refund. If you want to organise your own shipping, please wait for further instructions so we can give you the warehouse address for returned items.

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, less the cost of the courier pick up from your address. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
